A Multi-Year ART Education Programme
A multi-year educational programme designed to accelerate the development of early-career fertility specialists.
The Goal
Supporting clinicians in the first few years of their ART careers requires more than delivering educational events. They need structured development that builds clinical confidence, strengthens research capability, connects them with international experts and prepares them to become future leaders within reproductive medicine.
A global pharma partner, through their partnership with a leading international fertility network, sought to create a sustained educational programme that would nurture a cohort of emerging fertility specialists through a combination of scientific education, mentorship, collaboration and practical learning.
In 2024, the programme enrolled 35 doctors from 13 countries, running across 7 webinars plus a face-to-face event. In 2025, the program expanded to 38 doctors from 17 countries, with F2F attendance of 76%. The success led to the establishment of a sister regional edition in APAC, extending the same model to a new region.
Our Approach
We partnered with a global pharma partner and a leading international fertility network to design and deliver the programme, a longitudinal educational programme created specifically for gynaecologists with 1–3 years' experience in ART.
Rather than a series of standalone meetings, the programme provides a year-long learning journey, combining expert-led webinars, journal clubs and immersive face-to-face meetings to progressively develop participants' clinical knowledge, research literacy and professional networks.
Each activity is designed to build on the last, creating an engaged international community of future ART leaders, building both clinical confidence and research capability in a single rising cohort.
